How do I request a new app?
Section titled “How do I request a new app?”Open Experiences and choose “New”, or press “Request an app” on Requests. Give the app a name, say what it should do and what problem it solves, pick a size (Small or Medium), optionally choose sources, and choose “Send request”. IT reviews it, usually the same working day, and sets up an environment. When the request is Ready it appears in your list. Whether IT must approve depends on the builder policy in Cortex Control.
How do I plan and build an app?
Section titled “How do I plan and build an app?”Open the app and describe what you need in the chat. The assistant asks questions and proposes a plan with sections such as Roles and access, Data, App, Workflows and What I will build. Mark every section “Looks good” to accept the plan. Then the assistant makes the change and you approve before anything ships. The workspace has Model, Files and Preview, where Preview is a live private preview. “Open the build” opens the build workspace.
How do I ask for access to an app a colleague owns?
Section titled “How do I ask for access to an app a colleague owns?”In Studio choose “Ask for access to an existing app”, pick the app, optionally write why, and choose “Send request”. The owner decides. Once approved, the app appears in your list.
How do I decide who can open my app?
Section titled “How do I decide who can open my app?”Open the app and go to “Who can open this app”. Visibility is Restricted or Whole organisation. Only the owner or IT can change it.
