How do I see our licence and seats?
Section titled “How do I see our licence and seats?”Open Settings, then Licensing: it shows your VDS plan, the Cortex Control users, the Studio users and the provisioned apps against the seat limit. To raise the plan, contact VDS.
How do I change the AI engine?
Section titled “How do I change the AI engine?”Open Settings, then “AI engine”. Choose the deployment behind each tier (Small, Medium, Large) and save with “Save tiers”. “EU only” keeps Studio on AI engines deployed in the EU. AI engine pricing per million tokens is used to compute cost.
How do I read the audit log?
Section titled “How do I read the audit log?”Open Audit log. Every Cortex Control change is listed with actor, action and target. Filter by person, action, target, app or date.
How do I check health?
Section titled “How do I check health?”Open Overview and its Health tab: every environment is probed once a minute, with uptime over 24 hours and the slowest response. The count on the Overview menu item is how many apps are down.
How do I see who can open an app, dashboard or workflow?
Section titled “How do I see who can open an app, dashboard or workflow?”Open Experiences: every app, dashboard and workflow with its owner, who can open it and its last activity. Open one to see its collaborators, versions and who can open it.
