How do I pin a tile (a value) to Home?
Section titled “How do I pin a tile (a value) to Home?”To pin a tile to Home: open the dashboard, find a tile that shows one number (a KPI or gauge tile) or a ranked list (a bar, table or ranking tile) and press “Pin to Home” on the tile. You can also pin an answer from Ask with “Pin to Home” when it matches a tile like that. In the box that opens, optionally keep the current filters, then choose Pin. The value now shows under Pinned on Home. You can pin up to 12 values. On Home choose Manage to move a pinned value up or down or Remove it.
How do I pin a dashboard or app?
Section titled “How do I pin a dashboard or app?”To pin a whole dashboard or app: open it and press the Pin button at the top. It then appears in the Pinned section of the menu. Press Unpin to remove it. You can pin up to 30 items.
How do I subscribe to a digest or an alert?
Section titled “How do I subscribe to a digest or an alert?”To get a dashboard by email or in the Hub: open the dashboard, open the “…” menu or press Subscribe. Choose Digest (a short summary of the KPIs, every day or every Monday) or Alert (tell me when a KPI crosses a value). Pick where it goes: Email or In the Hub (bell), then Subscribe. A digest is sent early in the morning (06:00 UTC). An alert needs a KPI tile on the dashboard. If the data is limited to certain people you first give permission (“Give permission”) so Cortex can read it as you.
How do I change or stop a subscription?
Section titled “How do I change or stop a subscription?”Open the bell and choose Manage subscriptions, or open Subscriptions. For each subscription you can Pause, Resume or Remove it. A subscription that stopped shows the reason, for example that your permission expired; give permission again and it resumes.
